According to CTV News Ottawa, in November 2021 a dump truck collided with an overpass on highway 417 in Ottawa Canada.
The bed of the truck came detached from the vehicle and could be seen leaning against the underside of the bridge.
The highway was partially closed for approximately 5.5 hours. This truck needed to be fitted with a NoGo Light.
