











In November in Andover Township in New Jersey, a dump truck was driving with its bed elevated. It snagged some elevated lines which caused it to veer into oncoming traffic, where it collided with another vehicle.
The driver of the truck suffered severe injuries, but the passengers of the other vehicle involved in the crash suffered minor to moderate injuries.
The driver of the truck was charged with careless driving and failure to maintain lane, with additional charges pending investigation.
